Who We Are

Our Founder & Visionary : 


Late Shri Ranchhodas Velji Bhanushali ,  he traveled from Karachi to Kutch Gujrat for the civil unrest during the India-Pakistan partition and then to Mumbai in the year 1960 in search of stable livelihood and better opportunities. He then ventured into Kashmir Hindu Hotel in Mumbai at Andheri, Sakinaka . While he was an Hotelier Businessman he also invested in various other businesses like Oil Trading, Transport & logistics , Building Material Supply and Real Estate Sales etc. He then ventured into the Real estate Business in the year 1965.
